He advised on, drafted, and negotiated for companies agency and distributorship agreements, commercial agreements, forming or dissolving subsidiary companies, financial agreements, M&A agreements (up to USD 1.6 billion), partnership agreements, limited partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, joint development agreements, joint collaboration agreements, framework manufacturing or service agreements, IP license agreements, foreign investments, shareholder agreements, and minority shareholder agreements, and representing and advising companies in financial distress. 

He has worked for companies in the following industries: machine manufacturing, tool manufacturing, automotive, electrical equipment, construction, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper, medical equipment, and consumer goods.
